Hello, my name is César Luis Cervantes, I am an illustrator from Tijuana, México.
I work as a graphic designer in a local governmental institute that we call CECUT, which stands for "Tijuana Cultural Center". Since this was created by the Secretary of Culture ("Secretaría de Cultura"), it means that I get the chance to be in contact with a lot of art shows that arise in the city.
At work many of the advertised cultural events require my ability as an illustrator, but once in a while I like to test my boundaries and create artwork for art shows or just for myself.
I hope you are enjoying your visit, and drop me a line if your want to hire me!
